Purchasing tickets at TicketMaster outlets
How can I purchase:
In person only.
Hours
Generally, TicketMaster outlets are open Monday through Friday 9:00am to 9:00pm. Saturdays, 9:00am to 5:00pm; and Sundays from noon to 5:00pm. Some outlets may have different hours because of the stores they are located in. Call to confirm holiday hours.
Methods of Payment
Cash only, although many outlets now accept MasterCard and Visa.
Service Charges
Facility fees and TicketMaster convenience charges apply to each ticket purchased. These handling fees generally range from $2.50 to $4.00 per ticket, but can be higher depending on the event
