Guest Services
Guest Services is the central point of communication during events. It is located in the i wireless Center's Administrative Office suite on the ground level, across from the elevator. Guest Services is staffed during all events. Please stop by Guest Services with questions or concerns during events.

Prohibited Items
Cans, bottles, knives, weapons, and laser pointers are not permitted at any events. Patrons may be subject to search upon entering the building. Outside food and drink are also not permitted. Heelies are not permitted within the building due to safety reasons.

Camera Policy
Each individual artist and event sets their own guidelines and restrictions on camera policies. Please contact the i wireless Center one or two days before an event to find out event-specific information. It may also be posted on our website. Please note: The i wireless Center may not receive this information until the day of the event.

Parent Room
Specific events may offer a parent room -- a location for parents or guardians who are coming to a specific show, but do not have a ticket for themselves may wait for their children during the event. Please contact the i wireless Center or visit our website for specific events that offer parent rooms.

ATM's
There are two ATM locations within the i wireless Center- one on the main level located just after the box office, and one located at the top of the main stairs.

Information To Leave With A Caregiver
If you are attending an event, please leave your seat location and the i wireless Center's telephone number (309) 764-2001 with your children's guardian. It will make it easier to locate you in the event of an emergency.

Alcohol Consumption
Patrons wishing to consume alcohol must obtain a wristband from a concession stand or portable beer stand.

Lost & Found
Misplaced items are turned in to Guest Services during an event. If you realize during or at the conclusion of an event that you have lost something, please stop by Guest Services as you leave to claim your item or leave contact information should we recover your item at a later date. Contact the i wireless Center's Administrative Offices at (309) 764-2001 in regards to lost and found items if you realize you have lost something after you have left the building. Regular business hours are Monday-Friday, 8 am-5pm.
